Service Costs
Accepted insurances include: Aetna, AmBetter (Oklahoma Complete Health), Blue Cross Blue Shield (all kinds), Cigna, First Health, Healthcare Highways, HealthChoice, Health Smart Benefit Solutions, Multiplan, Oscar, PHCS, Taro Health, United Healthcare/UMR/Optum, Oklahoma Soonercare, and OEPIC.
The fee for service is $150 per session without insurance.
Soonercare and OEPIC clients cannot schedule online due to the authorization process needed before scheduling an appointment. Call 405-400-1460 for more information.

All new clients will be seen via telehealth for at least the first two months.

Those who are self pay will sign a Good Faith Estimate as part of their intake paperwork per the No Surprises Act. Information about the act can be found at www.cms.gov/nosurprises or by calling 800-985-3059.
